Sculptra

French "Sculptra® ," also known as 3D Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), is an injectable treatment containing PLLA microspheres. It is biocompatible, and biodegradable, and was originally used in the production of absorbable sutures to support tissue regeneration. Widely utilized the human body, Sculptra has been approved by both the FDA and Health Canada, making it one of the most commonly used injectables in North America.
Over time, Sculptra has been adopted in aesthetic medicine to gradually restore volume in sunken areas of the face, addressing the underlying causes of facial aging. It works by stimulating the skin's natural collagen production, helping to fill and revitalize the skin. The result is a noticeable reduction in wrinkles, enhancing cheeks, a lifted facial appearance, and improved facial contours- with a natural, youthful outcome.
Thanks to its regenerative properities and long lasting effects, Scupltra is often referred to as the "Youth Needle."

Sculptra® -A full Sculptra treatment typically consists of 2 to 3 injection sessions, with each session spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
The results of the Youth Needle treatment naturally develop over 1 to 3 months, and the effects can last for 2 to 3 years. However, due to individual differences in body constitution and lifestyle, the progression and longevity of the results may vary. Facial injection results can last for over 25 months.
After each injection, you may immediately notice some swelling, along with a temporary reduction in wrinkles and fine lines. However, this initial effect is only temporary—think of it as a preview of the final results. The swelling will subside within a few days as the body absorbs the injected solution. The true wrinkle-reducing and skin-smoothing effects occur gradually over the following weeks as Sculptra stimulates collagen production.
